Thanks for the feedback, for certain smartphone models there’s an issue of incompatible (like the screenshot below), you can reset your virtual machine to resolve it.
First, please update your GBox to the latest version, Click the “” button on top right corner of the GBox main page, then choose “Settings” “Reset virtual machine” “confirm”, after those steps you may have to sign in Google Play with your account again, then you could find Netflix can be downloaded and installed.
